Wanda has been an active NC REALTOR since 1990. While at Coldwell Banker, she received the Alfred Stancil Scholarship Award for two years and was recipient of the Leon Yelverton Realtor Associate of the Year Award. She served several years as secretary to the Rocky Mount Area Association of Realtors, as well as serving on numerous committees. Wanda joined Signature Communities Inc. in May, 1996 and has enjoyed the pleasure of helping numerous families achieve the American dream of owning their own home.
Wanda is married to the "love of her life", Tony Bossolono, Pastor of the Old Wilson Road Church of God. Wanda lights up when spending time with her sons, family, and beautiful grand daughters.

Carrie resides in Rocky Mount with her husband Jack. Together they have 5 children and 3 grandchildren. As “empty nesters”, Jack and Carrie live in the sold-out Signature Communities Inc. neighborhood of Westry Crossing. Jim has recently retired from a successful career in manufacturing at Consolidated Diesel Co. He is looking forward to helping people get into a brand new home at an affordable price. Jim received his real estate sales license in 2003 after completing a real estate course at Nash Community College. He worked briefly at Boone, Hill, Allen & Ricks and worked in his own business in home repair and remodeling before joining Signature Communities Inc.
Jim's wife, Kashela, a retired teacher shares his love for people. Their desire is to see more and more people achieve the American dream of home ownership.
