To be eligible for this benefit, please contact the New Home Specialist who helped you with the purchase of your home or contact the Sales Manager, Rhonda Laughter, at 252-442-4134 to register the friend that you wish to refer. The New Home Specialist or Sales Manager will then complete the required "Good Friends Make Good Neighbors" Registration Form.
