We Will Be With You Every Step of the Way!

  1. Meet with one of our friendly sales staff. Choose your lot and floor plan.

  2. Sign your purchase agreement and make a $1,000 deposit towards your new home.

  3. Apply for your mortgage loan with a lender of your choice. Your knowledgeable sales associate will be happy to recommend and discuss lending options.

  4. Receiving a Letter of Commitment from your lender really gets the ball rolling.

  5. We order construction plans and site plans, apply for our construction loan and submit the paper work to obtain a Building Permit.

  6. The Construction Manager meets with you at the building site to discuss the building process and go over any questions you may have.

  7. From this point, your home is built in approximately 120 days. (weather permitting)

  8. A closing date is set.

  9. You become a homeowner!!!!!
